AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME

I, CATHERINE N.E. JAUCIAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with office address at U-
233 2/F Mile Long Building, Amorsolo Street, Pio del Pilar, Makati City, after having duly
sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the owner of ORIENTMINES MINERAL ORE TRADING, a business duly

organized and existing under and by virtue of the law of the Republic of the
Philippines, with principal office address at U-233 2/F Mile Long Building,
Amorsolo Street, Pio del Pilar, Makati City;

2. That I hereby attest that ORIENTMINES MINERAL ORE TRADING has no revenue
generated for the reason that the said business is newly registered last July
2019;

3. That I further attest that ORIENTMINES MINERAL ORE TRADING has no income
to declare for the reason that the income from its operation on January 2020 to
March 2020 could not sustain the administrative expenses during the COVID-19
lockdown;

4. That this affidavit has been executed in order to attest to the truth of the above
foregoing facts, for information and guidance of proper authorities concerned,
and for all legal purpose this may serve.
