CONCLUSION:

Yogurt is a dairy product made of fermented milk which makes it rich in calcium and proteins. It is also
a great source of vitamins and minerals and is mostly eaten by people who want to have a better diet.
The consumption of yogurt can strengthen and protect bones and teeth and prevent digestive
diseases. Moreover, yogurt contains Lactobacillus bulgaricus and a probiotic bacterium known as
Streptococcus thermophilus which are both considered as “good” bacteria and strengthens the
immune system. Lactobacillus bulgaricus can be found in the digestive tract and is said to be a good
anti-inflammatory supplement. On the other hand, Streptococcus thermophilus i mproves the
gastrointestinal tract of a person. Although yogurts do not necessarily affect the human body
negatively, the addition of sugar and other additives when consuming it makes it less beneficial for
the person.

CONCLUSION:

This kind of pack noodles is not nutritious as it contains 1792 mg of sodium for every 55g serving
while the entire pack is 330g and if a person eats the entire pack, they go over the recommended
intake of sodium which is 3000g per day. Furthermore, this processed food contains flavor enhancers
specifically Disodium Guanylate which is composed of compounds that can raise uric acid levels in the
human body. Excess consumption of sodium leads to diseases such as heart stroke, hypertension, and
kidney damage. Instant noodles are versatile enough to take the place of a meal however, these
processed food should only be consumed occasionally.
