So start let me first introduce myself I am Riza Mae ALce the first
presentor for this group. The assigned topic for me is to create a strong
working relationship with your superior. The relationshihp here is not
about romantic relationshio. Hindi ung tulad ng nababasa nyo sa
wattpad na secretary and the boss. Nako dai dili man tayo magseduce
ng boss dai. Ang topic natin ay working relationship sa kung paano nga
ba tayo makakagawa ng magandang pakikitungo o samahan between
the employee and its superior. Para hindi ung sinusumpa mo syang
makita araw- araw.

Pero first let’s define what is good working relationship. Yung good
working relationship daw requires trust, bakit trust? Itong trust na to
required sya sa lahat ng klase ng relationship. Kasi the more na may
tiwala ka sa mga kasamahan mo wala kang takot na magopen ng idea,
thoughts or opinion mo. Mas makakapagcontribute ka kasi alm mo
walang judgment or side comments kang maririnig and di ka na din
magsasayang ng oras na magisip kung meron bang mang babackstab
sayo kasi may tiwala ka sa kanila and sila din sayo.

Pangalawa respect. Kapag may respeto kayo sa isa’t isa you will value
each others thoughts, ideas and opinion more and whenever you will
have some circumstances you will solve it considering each others
thoughts.

Third is self awareness it simply means to be accountable for every


actions and words syou say and being proffesional in every situation
because your exixstence might have an impact to someone within the
organization.

Forth is inclusion it says here don’t just accept people and opinion but
welcome them, because welcoming something is like your encouraging
them to share their opinions and encourage them to contribute because
maybe their insight and thoughs might be the answr you are looking for

Last one is open communication. Having an honest communicaiton will


give you more connection to the one you are talking. Everything you will
say will be considered or valued. Just be truthful anytime you are talking
to someone.

So which working relationship is important. Kahit alam naman natin na


kailangan sa lahat maganda ung pakikitungo or pakikisama mo. Pero
meron talga na dapat pagtuunan ng pansin ito ung relationship between
the employee and its superior. Bakit kamo?

Because the more na maganda ung workign relationship mo with your


superior you will be more hapier working and motivated. I have this
friend na nagtatrabaho sa fastfood. ______________
Next is to get better feedback,, here don’t expect na puro positive
feedfack ung matatanggap mo kapag you already have this good
relationship with your superior. If may mga mali kang nagawa expect
some negative feedbacks, he’s still your boss and not your kumpadre
what so ever, however the fact that updating you regarding sa mga
ginagawa mo or on how you do your task or job is a good thing kasi it is
for yourself improvement you can evaluate yourself with those
feedbacks and to what you can improve more. You will become more
trusted. We discussed this last time that if you have a good working
relationship it requires trust . Your superior put his trust in you. You

Realistically speaking you’re more likely to get promotions and raises.
Since that superior knows your performance they will highly recognize
your effort. That will give you high chances of recommendation for
promotion. Having a good workign rlationship with your superior is
different to people who loves kissing asses in tagalog mga sipsip. Ang
good working relationship has more truthfulness and its real. But ung
pagiging sipsip magaling lng yan pagkaharap mo but everytime you turn
your backs around them nako marami na yang sasabihin ungkol sayo. So
always chose to be real.

Kanina pa tayo chika ng chika tungkol sa goodworking relationship.


Paano nga ba tayo magkakaroon ng ganitong klaseng relationship with
our superior. According to kay _______ the CEO of _______.

So the first way is to take the initiative to set up monthly meeting. Yung
superioir mo mas mattas ung position nya thus it holds greater
responsibility. Probably due to high number of things to do he might
forget to check up on his employees. Maybe you can notify him or ring
him that you can have a meeting to discuss that status of your current
project, present your idea for future, and to check if you are still in track
with your superior goals and strategies. It will be a big help for them you
will be seen as a reliable person. Pero you might think na its his job as a
superioir and not yours. Pero kasi darling you are in the same
organization, you might have different tasks still you have the same goal.
Di bale parang tulong mo na din un sa kanila.

To demonstrate innovation and initiative is also a way para magkaroon


ng good relationship with your superior. Bakit? Kasi the fact na your
doing your best and enthusiastic ka sa ginagawa mo. It shows that you
are invested to reach the company’s golas and that’s what superioir
wants to their employees. And also the enthusiasm your showing is
contagious. With your acts you might motivate others to do their best in
their job

Next is strive for open communication. Again communication.


Communication is really a must for every relationship. Every employee
has a different set of skills also with your superioir. To be comfortable
with opening up your opinion or to disagree to your boss definitely build
a strong working relationship. Yun nga lang ay kung di insesure ung boss
mo . open din sana siya sa mga opinions ng employees nya because
there are some things na di nya alam na alam mo. Collective set of ideas
when used or harmonized properly makakagawa ka ng magandang
result. There is a saying that two heads are better than one.

And always remember that your superior are humans too. They do have
emotions, they do get tired and stressed. THey have more responsibility
than you are . mInsan they appreciate it when you can talk to them in a
less formal manner. Maybe every lunch time, or your free time, You can
have good times and joke around to relieve stress and talk about stuff.

Lastly is to be yourself. YOu are not in the organization to make friends


with everyone instead build a workig realtionship that you can trust and
to establish good communication, To have a healthy environment that
will make you happy and motiveated is every employee wish for. Be true
to yourself always.

For me to strive for an open communication is the most effective than
the other ways, because it means that you are comfortable with your
superior they can feel it because you are not hindering yourself from
voicing out your thoughts and opinions. It will also show your character
and attitude that can help your superioir to know you more.
