COUNCIL RESOLUTION UPDATING THE CREATION OF THE BARANGAY ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUG
AND ABUSE COUNCIL (BADAC) OF BARANGAY NOVALICHES PROPER, DIST. V. QUEZON CITY.
IN COMPLIANCE TO DILG MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2015-63, AND ITS
COMPOSITION________________________________________________________________

WHEREAS, there is a need to update the creatio of the Barangay Anti-Illegal Drug
Abuse Council (BADAC) in compliance to DILG Memorandum Circular N0. 2015-63;

WHEREAS, the composition of the Barangay Anti-Illegal Drug Abuse Council (BADAC)
are as follows: The Punong Barangay, PUNONG BARANGAY ASUNCION M. VISAYA, as the
Chairperson, Barangay Kagawad PRECILLA C. NUEVA as the Co-Chairperson and as members
are the School Principal, the Executive Officer, the representative from NGO, GPTA, HOA,
from the Religious Organization and a Legal Counsel as members;

WHEREAS, the composition of Barangay Anti-Illegal Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) is

now updated to read as follows:PB ASUNCION M. VISAYA, as Chairperson, KAGAWAD ABES
MANALANSAN as Vice Chairperson, as members are KAGAWAD PRECILLA C. NUIEVA, ARIENE
LEIN IBARDO representing the Youth, School Principal, DR. REYNALDO SAN
MATEO,DOMINGO DACUT, Executive Officer, the representative from the (NGO),
Homeowners Association, MR. FLRANTE DE LEON, representative of the Faith-Based
Organizstion, UBAS President, PASTOR ROGER GUTTIEREZ and as Adviser is PSUPT ROSSEL
CEJAS, Station Commander of PNP Station 4, QCPD;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE as it is HEREBY RESOLVED in a Session duly

assembled, a motion from KAGAWAD PRECILLA C. NUEVA, Chairman, Committee on Anti
Illaga Drugs, moved for the approval of the updating the creation of the Barangay Anti-
Illegal Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) and its Composition, duly seconded by KAGAWAD ABEL
S. MANALANSAN, as follows: PB ASUNCION M. VISAYA, as Chairperson, KAGAWAD ABEL S.
MANALANSAN as Vice Chairperson, as members are KAGAWAD PRECILLA C. NUIEVA, ARIENE
LEIN IBARDO representing the Youth, School Principal, DR. REYNALDO SAN MATEO,
DOMINGO DACUT, Executive Officer, the representative from the (NGO), Homeowners
Association, MR. FLORANTE DE LEON, representative of the Faith-Based Organization, UBAS
President, PASTOR ROGER GUTTIEREZ and as Adviser is PSUPT ROSSEL CEJAS, Station

FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be forwarded to other Offices

concened for their information and guidance;
