Critique

The organization’s mission and vision statement obtained preciseness, as


there was no vagueness formed as it clearly states its intent to their customers.

There is a state of consistency in their vision statement, where they envision


the things that they desire to achieve in the long run for their customer health as they
state that every Filipino member will have and will obtain security and certainty with
them. It is indeed very engaging as it gives a strong sense of assurance.

On the other hand, their mission statement was brief enough for most people
to keep it in mind. It shows how the organization will make its vision achievable.
They want to make it happen or possible for their valued customers. Their mission
states what they want to offer which is to ensure that all people have the opportunity
to obtain accessible, safe, quality, and affordable health services that they need at
every stage of life without the risk of financial ruin.

Their tagline “your partner in health” says it all, that with and through them
they will be every Filipino’s partner in health in times of health crises. Therefore, I
can say that they have achieved a state of consistency and reliability throughout their
mission, vision, and tagline.

Critique

The mission statement for Nestle is realistic and clear. The company has
used simple, string, and easily understood words and phrases in the drafting of its
mission statement. Clarity is important so that the mission statement is understood
by all relevant stakeholders of the company. Also, the mission statement is precise
and to the point. It is easy to understand and delivers what the audience must know
about Nestle’s offerings and operations. Moreover, the mission reflects the company’
s offerings, it clearly shows what the company has to offer in terms of products and s
ervices. The mission statement also focuses on addressing issues of customer
satisfaction. It has identified its target customer groups, and also identified their
needs and demands. Their mission statement reflects on how its products and
services work towards increasing customer satisfaction for its target customers.

The vision statement of Nestle is brief and to the point. The company has not
used long dialects and dialogues to delivers its opinion ad stance to the public and
relevant stakeholders. Also, it is comprehensive because it clearly communicates the
essence of the business, and its future plans to help the stakeholders understand its
business philosophy and business strategy. Moreover, the vision statement is compl
ete in its description and information of what the company desires, and how it plans t
o achieve its long term goals strategically making it brief but holistic in nature.

The tagline of Nestle is evident from the company’s mission statement that
they are a “health and wellness company” because the company itself specializes in
everything that has to do with human health which technically includes bottled water.
Nestle has learned the art leadership. The show coherence and congruence by setti
ng pace and steering others in the right direction to cultivate positive practices amon
g all its staffers in all corners of the globe.

Therefore we conclude that, Nestle Company has achieved their mission and
vision, that aims to be the leader in the food industry more specifically health, wellne
ss and nutrition. Despite its success in the market, Nestle still faces internal and exte
rnal challenges thatthey need to overcome in order to reach their goals. With the dyn
amism in the market Nestle tends to embrace change and comes up with products s
uitable for its customers while still improving on the quality of its original products line.
Improvements on the technology, organizational structure, marketing mix, operation
s as well as human resource management led to more profit margins of the company.

The organization’s vision-mission statement concisely constructed that the me


ssage that they wanted to convey is clear. They explained their vision for the future o
f their organization and personnel with the consideration of providing the best service
for their clients. It states directly their desire to make their employees the greatest by
developing and enhancing their abilities to provide high-quality service to the public.
Their mission also stated clearly their steps in making their vision attainable. It
is also consistently aligned with their tagline which is “You’re in Good Hands” becaus
e they stated their intention to deliver the service that their clients deserved and mak
e them feel secured by assuring their statement and through their outstanding mana
gement of their organization and employees.

As a reader, I appreciate Metrobank in making their vision-mission statement


concisely and comprehensible. It clearly states their trustworthiness as an organizati
on which is very helpful for possible clients to feel comfortable in trusting them.
