Was scientific management a reason behind Ford's success?

After hiring Taylor, Ford was the first person to use the technique of scientific management
and was very much influenced on seeing the progress of the factory by using scientific
management, where machine was replaced instead of men, Ford put his cars on moving
assembly line and at each step a worker added something to construct the automobile which
increased the rate of production.
Henry Ford embraced Taylor's techniques yet took them further with the utilization of
machines to supplant a portion of the assignments performed by laborers. Ford eliminated
one more component of prudence from laborers' positions and in this manner decreased his
dependence on specialists' inspiration. Ford also broke jobs down into very small parts so that
each worker only performed a few movements over and over. In 1914 he dramatically
increased the compensation of laborers to $5 each day. The thought was to propel the laborers
and guarantee unwavering ness since this was definitely more compensation than different
organizations were paying at that point. Truancy and turnover dropped; the laborers turned
out to be substantially more easy going.
Using Taylor’s method, the workplace was in well organised manner to perform job
operations to increase the company’s productivity.  Taylor wanted to create specialization in
the organizations in order for each employee to specialize in one line of production leading to
increased profitability leading to the success of Ford.
