Reporting to First Line Supervisor

Profile Description:

This person’s key responsibility is to program a correct online survey to be able to collect correct data on
any of the Market Research tools/platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

o Understand the Business of Ugam

o Understanding the project requirements
o Participating in meetings with clients to understand their requirements
o Programming online surveys with required quality and productivity levels
o Testing survey logic on the required tool (e.g. Dimensions, Confirmit, Askia or any other data collection
platform)
o Undertaking quality assurance of online surveys
o Follow work allocation schedule and project plan.
o Prioritize project tasks and seek assistance from Supervisor when needed
o Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information
security practices, attendance procedures, etc.
o Participate and contribute in review meetings.

Qualification:

Certifications (if − NA
any):
Relevant experience: − 0 to1 year of experience

− Programming knowledge preferred
− Familiar with ANY programming language like C/C++, VB, Java etc.
− Knowledge in JQuery and JavaScript would be an added advantage
