Karachi near the hills of Cape Monte & Mubarak Village coastline;

• 07:00 AM: Meet-up Millennium Mall (Johar Mor)
• 07:30 AM: Departure for Bhit Khori
• 08:00 AM: Pick-up participants at Boat Besan
• 09:30 AM: Arrival at Mubarak Village
• 15 to 20 Minute trek to Bhit Khori
• Complimentary welcome drink (Fresh Juice) available at our Juice Bar
• 10:00 AM: Breakfast Boxes Distribution

Pay only Rs. 1,000/head, per seat 3 days before tour.
Remaining amount at the time of departure.

• 3 to 8 Years: 50% will be charged, given Jumper seat
• Above 8 Years : 100% Will be charged

The trip is not suitable for people who are not traveling enthusiasts.
The participants would have to adjust to the situations of the trip accordingly as
this is an adventure trip to a remote location where the availability of fine
washroom and shower is not available. A small non-fancy portable washroom
system will be available at the location.

eat, there's no limitation to the serving size of the meals, we don't count)
• Services of a tour manager. (Well educated, informed, and experienced tour
guides - ourmanagers are trained to have an objective & professional approach)
• Basic First Aid Kit. (Proper first aid kit is kept & the nearest hospitals are known
of in case of an unforeseen emergency)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Every member must keep his/her CNIC.
• Members should report 30 mins before departure time.
• Member must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members, otherwise,
• HODOPHILE ADVENTURES can cancel his/her trip at any time.
• *HODOPHILE ADVENTURES is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents.
• *HODOPHILE ADVENTURES is not responsible in case of theft, loss or damage to personal
belongings during the whole trip of any kind of valuable item.
• *No refunds shall be made in case a member leaves the trip during the event.
• *No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance
beyond human control including but not limited to rains, storms, land sliding, accident, flat
tires, engine failure or other vehicle mal-function etc.
• If the participant fails to arrive on time the company will not be responsible to make
alternative arrangements and 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
• HODOPHILE ADVENTURES can cancel the booking at any time.
• HODOPHILE ADVENTURES can change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• All members would give extra care for the local environmental care. Garbage (tins, water
bottles wrappers, etc) shall be suitable dispose of without polluting water
sources/environment.
• Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture
can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and
crevasse fall or any other accidents, and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out.
In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader, and the
tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
• * On adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other
factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however,
very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary
the Leader and Guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration
the best interests of the whole group.
• * Only the decision of Organizers will be considered as Final.
• * Organizers reserve the right to assign seats in the Hi-ace/Coaster/ Daewoo.
• * The Organizers reserves the right to use event photos for electronic/digital media.
• * Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited (any sort of DRUG is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN).
• * The Organizers reserves the right to terminate/regret any participant due to
indiscipline
