1 Remove valve cover. AR01.20-B-5014I

2 Remover capscrews (1).

3 Remove rocker arm assembly (2) and oil

injection nozzle (3).

4 Remove push rods (5).

g Checking

5 Check rocker arm assembly (2), for wear/ In case of irregularity ↓

anomaly.

6 Check oil injection nozzle (3) for condition. If signs of damage/deformation are detected,
replace the oil injection nozzle (3).

7 Check push rods (5) for condition. Maximum push rod warpage. BE05.30-B-1009-04E

d Installing

8 Install the push rods (5). i Oil push rods (5) with engine oil and ensure
their correct fitting in the respective valve tap-
pets.

9 Install the oil injection nozzle (3) and the
rocker arm assembly (2).
i Fit oil injection nozzle (3) in cylinder head,
so the injection nozzle tip is directed to the
exhaust valve stem (4), next, install the rocker
arm assembly (2) over injection nozzle base
and with push rods (5) fitted in the rocker arms.

10 Install the capscrews (1). n BA05.00-B-1002-01D

11 Adjust valve lash. AP05.30-B-0560H
