Course Description:

The course covers the vital functions and responsibilities of top management as a continuous process of settig and resetting the goals of the enterprise whether private or government; of developing
strategies of elaborating short and long range plans; and of performing the functions of an administrator / manager in plan implementation. It also provides business and public management students an
insight of management operation of the enterprise or an organization.
