What are your thoughts about NSTP?, From the three (3) program components;
what is your ideal component?, With what you have heard about NSTP; what are your
thoughts about it? What are your feelings about taking NSTP during pandemic? Is it
possible for you to help others even you are just at home? Do you have experiences of
helping in this time of pandemic?

Republic Act 9163 enabled the establishment of National Service Training

Program for Tertiary Level students with an aim to promote civic consciousness among
the youth and inculcate in them the spirit of nationalism and advance their involvement
in public and civic affairs.

NSTP is a program designed to develop the youth’s physical, moral, spiritual,

intellectual, and social well-being and promote defense preparedness and ethics of
service while undergoing training in any of its three program components. Its various
components are specially designed to enhance the youth’s active contribution to the
general welfare.

My thoughts about Nstp are like army because you’re going to train your going to
help the environment. From the 3 components, my ideal is the ROTC because ROTC is
program institutionalized under Sections 38 and 39 of Republic Act No. 7077 designed
to provide military training to tertiary level students in order to motivate, train, organize
and mobilize them for national defense preparedness. ROCT will help you build your
physical body, your spiritual and you will train defense and ethics of service. I don’t have
heard about nstp before but there like a subject when I was in Grade 10 it call CAT it
just like ROTC that you need to train before you go home, and you need to clean the
side of the road or clean a part of school. What is my feeling about taking nstp during
the pandemic? It was not good because nstp is supposed to do at open area or outside
the school because when you’re taking nstp during the pandemic you are only required
at staying at home and you are going to learn nstp using gadget that’s why its no good
taking nstp during pandemic. Yes it is still possible to help others even if I were at home,
you can help other by using the internet nowadays people using the media to help other
people by sharing the story of that certain people and post it on media and the people in
the media will see that and contact the who post it give a small help and the people post
it will go to the people that he post and give the things that the people of the media
gives. No I don’t have experience of helping in this time of pandemic because I always
stay inside of our house the only time that I go out is Sunday because where going to
mass and when we are going to buy some stock food that the only time I go outside
