It is far from lakes or dams. The site is situated within nearby

green fields of farmers in bubukal, sta.cruz laguna. The land in

this area is not prone o floods. The site is very ideal to build a

health care center because of its topography.

the chosen site for the project.

The site is very accessible along the

national highway road. This area is

not prone to heavy traffic. Very

accessible for emergency patients

and ambulance. The location easy to

find or navigate on the maps.

Vehicles in this area are passing every minute, every

single day. Always visible by everyone.

Available Utilities:
The site is within reach of power or electric source
from the Meralco, also an obtainable water source
from NAWASA comes very handy in this area.
Communication service and waste management is
attainable.

Available Transportation:
The site can be accessible by a private vehicle like
cars and motorcycle. Public transportation is
available by bus, tricycle, and jeepney. The site main
road is always open and convenient for commuters.
Pedestrian lane can be also be installed.
Orientation:
The site location has an advantage, It’s facing North
west and has a perfect sun path is from the left,
right and back.
It has a perfect visibility from the sunrise up to
sunset.

According to the 2015 Census, the age group with the highest population in
Bubukal is 15 to 19, with 619 individuals. Conversely, the age group with the
lowest population is 80 and over, with 35 individuals.
Combining age groups together, those aged 14 and below, consisting of the the
young dependent population which include infants/babies, children and young
adolescents/teenagers, make up an aggregate of 29.24% (1,783). Those aged 15
up to 64, roughly, the economically active population and actual or potential
members of the work force, constitute a total of 65.51% (3,994). Finally, old
dependent population consisting of the senior citizens, those aged 65 and over,
total 5.25% (320) in all.

The site has a huge advantage when it

comes to natural greenery. It is

surrounded by a hectare of green fields. It also has existing trees and plants on the

site. Since our barangay is not that commercially advance or in other terms

urbanize.
