Forwarded herewith is a copy of the Construction Materials Price Data (CMPD) for 4th Quarter of
CY 2020, as evaluated and generated by the Central Office Technical Working Group (COTWG)
of the Bureau of Construction and approved by the undersigned, to be used as reference by your
respective Regional and District Engineering Offices in the preparation/review of Program of
Works (POW's), Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) and Variation Order for DPWH
Infrastructure Projects for pt Quarter of CY 2021.
