Question:
You are required to get a recent journal article in English (2020), research type and it is
recommended to get the EMERALD journals, which is either taken from the library or
Internet related to local or overseas studies in the area of career development. Based on the
article, write an analysis/report comprising the following:
1. The full reference of the article according to APA format
Author’s name, (year). Title of the article, Title of the Journal. Vol. no, (Issue no), page
number.
E.g.,

QUESTION:
Prepare a planning document/proposal to develop a career development project/programme
in an organization. The document should comprise the following:
1. Title of the project/programme
2. Situational background
- This part explains about organizational profiles which include total number of
employees, organizational chart, type of industry, and other information that are
relevant to your project/programme.
- Descibe the problems faced by the organization that necessitate you to propose
the programme in order to alleviate the problems.
3. Objectives of the project/programme.
- Develop 2 to 3 specific objectives
4. Activities
- Detail out each activities and arrange them according to a Calendar of Work.
- Budget etc.
5. Evaluation criteria
- Suggest 2 evaluation criteria that you are going to use.

The length of this assignment is not more than 25 pages excluding references, typed
1.5 spacing and 12pt font (Times New Roman). Large figures and tables should be put in the
