Research Project Assignment
• The class will be divided in a group of 5-6 members each (section wise)

• Every group needs to choose a topic for research like Job Satisfaction, Personality,
Attitude, Perception or Motivation

• An offline/online survey has to be conducted in a specific industrial sector

like IT,pharmaceutical, Hotel and Hospitals.

• You can choose a company from any sector.

• Data Collection should be through a questionnaire (offline/online)

• The questionnaire has be to verified by the faculty member before posting it anywhere

• All Personal Interviews (if applicable) should be recorded as per the convenience
of the respondents.

• The number of respondents should be 50.

• Report has to be in Microsoft Word with proper formatting. Font type to be Times
News Roman and Font Size should be 12 for body and 14 for headings. Paragraph
spacingshould be 1.5.

• Add the Title page with the Project Report (Title Page attached).

• Assessment of the project will be done based on Project Report (20 Marks).

• The report should be submitted by all team members separately.

• A project report must be then prepared in the following format-

o Overview of industry (Present and Future market size of the industry from a
valid source) (can take help from our library in Research)

o Company Introduction- Give an introduction of the major companies covered

for survey.

o Overview of topic

o Objective of the research

 o Questionnaire / interview (10-15 questions) - can use LinkedIn for data
collection.

o Analysis of questions in graphical form

o Conclusion , Learning and Findings from the study

o Recommendations

o Bibliography

Important: Submission must be done in Soft copy on ERP. (Pdf file online)
