 IRREVOCABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY
THIS IRREVOCABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY is given this day of 2021

BY

Ms. X of Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (hereinafter referred to as the “Donor” which
expression shall, where the context so admits, included his/her successors in title,
administrators, agents and assigns) of the one part;

TO

Dr. XY of Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (hereinafter referred to as the “Attorney” which
expression shall, where the context so admits, include his/her successors in title,
administrators, agents and assigns) of the other part.

I, Ms. X hereby appoints Dr. XY as my True and Lawful Attorney to act in my name and on
my behalf to do and execute all or any of the following acts and things in respect of all the
property particularly describes as a Four (4) Bedroom Detached Bungalow with One (1)
Room Boys Quarters situated and known as House YY, Abuja, FCT and more particularly
described in the allocation letter attached to this Power of Attorney.

1. To take possession of the said House together with the original allocation letter in
respect of the said Four (4) Bedroom Detached Bungalow with One (1) Room Boy
Quarters situated and known as House YY, Abuja, FCT and to superintend and
manage same subject to the terms and conditions of the letter of allocation and/or
Certificate of Occupancy.

2. To enforce payment and recovery of rent and profits on the said House and to accept
surrenders of leases and tenancies affecting same and to enter into contracts,
covenants and agreements in relation to same.

3. To make and sign applications to the appropriate Government Departments, Local

Authorities for all kinds of licenses, permits, approvals or consent required by any
Law, Order, Regulation or otherwise in connection with the management or
improvement of the said House including the recovery of compensation where such is
recoverable with the power to give receipt and full discharge therefrom.

4. To accept on my behalf any compensation payable to me in respect of the exercise of

any Statutory Power and in such case to accept stock or shares or similar securities in
satisfaction of such compensation.

5. To hold and keep to him/herself the original letter of allocation issued by W Estate
Developers Limited in respect of the said space and use same for him/herself and
his/her benefit and generally to mortgage, reassign, let, lease, develop, build, manage
or otherwise deal with the said piece of land and/or building as beneficial owner.

 6. And I hereby agree and undertake to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever that my
said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this Power of
Attorney including the registration thereof of this Power of Attorney hereby granted.

7. That this Power of Attorney is granted for the valuable consideration off the sum of
N34,000,000.00 (Thrty-Four Million Naira) only, the receipt of which the Donor as
Beneficial Owner, hereby acknowledges.

IT IS HEREBY DECLARED AND AFFIRMED THAT THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY

SHALL BE ABSOLUTELY IRREVOCABLE EITHER BY THE ACT OF DEATH OR
BANKRUPTCY OF THE DONOR.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE PARTIES HEREUNDER SET THEIR HANDS AND

SEALS THE DAY AND YEAR FIRST ABOVE WRITTEN.
