The 2011 Enterprise Leadership

Conference (ELC) has completed the 3-day
scholarship experience for 48 high school juniors
at the Asilomar Conference Center in Pacific
Grove, Ca.  Eight teams (3 girls/3 boys on each
team) recorded their final 10 minute company
presentation. Team members presented plans for
management structure, product development,
financial data, marketing approach, and
human resources (hiring/firing/reward) employee
culture. The 3 day curricula driven company data
was presented to a panel of senior business
Rotarians (venture capitalists) followed by 2 hours
at the beach with all the pizza you could eat.
