SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, ARON BEN A. APOLINAR, of legal age, single and a resident of

No. 221 Lower Ferguson Road, February Street, Baguio City, and
KATHLEENE CAMILLE M. BILOG, of legal age, single and a resident of
Eagle Crest Phase 1, Bakakeng, Baguio City, by these presents do hereby
depose and state that:
1. We are one of the complainants in the Criminal Case No. 41423-R
against Rey Cacdac and Mary Ann Alcoba pending before the
Regional Trial Court, Branch 6, Baguio City;
2. We hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT MARK SHAUN
TININGGAL, of legal age, single and a resident of No. 294 B Mercury
Street, Upper Quezon Hill, Baguio City as our true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, us and our name, place and stead, for our own use
and benefit, to do and perform any or all of the following acts and
things:
(a) To enter into a Compromise Agreement with Rey Cacdac and
Mary Ann Alcoba and to cause the provisional dismissal of the case
and temporary liberty of the said person;
(b) Sign all documentary requirements relative thereto;
(c) Receive cash or cheque payment from Mary Ann Alcoba and Rey
Cacdac or their duly authorized representative/s;
(d) To sign all documentary requirements relative thereto.
We hereby grant our representative full power and authority to
execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the power to
compromise as though we ourselves have so performed it and hereby
approving all that he may do by virtue of these presents.
