I have been a sincere account holder at your bank bearing account (account number).

Last
month, a sum of Rs. 10, 000 was incorrectly deducted from my savings account on (date). I
claim a refund for the same.

Sub: Unauthorized money transaction from ATM Dear sir/madam, I would like to register my
complaints regarding unauthorized money transaction from my ATM dated xxxx and the
transaction amount showing is Rs xxxx. I did used my atm on that day but money transaction
could not proceed due to some error in the ATM machine but when I updated my passbook it is
showing transaction .I have also enclosed my ATM transaction receipt and my passbook
updates along with this letter hoping that my problem will be resolved soon thank you abc.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am maintaining a savings account bearing number ................... in your bank's .........
branch. On (date)
at (time), I was trying to withdraw money of Rs. ......./- from your bank's ATM at (address),
having ATM
code no. ............. No cash came out of the ATM even after choosing all the necessary
options.
However, immediately I received an SMS regarding the debit/deduction of the amount from
my account.
I waited for some time to see if the amount got reversed back to my account, but no SMS
was received. I
even took out a mini statement from the ATM for my account, wherein I again checked on
the
transaction. Clearly, the debited amount was only reflecting but there was no reversal.

Therefore, I kindly request you to look into the matter and credit back the amount of
Rs. ......./- to my
account at the earliest.
