Is there evidence Compressed Air working complies with BOCW Act 1996? i.e. process and
1 procedure compliance in RAMS.
Is there evidence a RA/MS covering compressed air works has been approved by the Tunnel
2 Manager and briefed out to the compressed air workforce?
Is there evidence TBMs used in compressed air have been designed for this purpose in accordance
3 with BS EN 12110 and BS EN 12336.
Is there evidence compressed air workers have had a medical by the Medical Advisor (Doctor) for
4 fitness to work in compressed air?
Is there evidence Compressed air workers undergo 3 monthly medical checks to validate their fitness
5 for hyperbaric work?
Is there evidence compressed air workers have undergone instruction in both hyperbaric working and
6 the systems and procedures to be followed?
Is there evidence that task specific task briefings are given to compressed air workers prior to any
7 compressed air works / air-lock entry?
Is there evidence that during the course of any intervention one operative remains in the security of
8 the personnel lock / pre chamber and maintains contact with the Lock Attendant and PIC at all times?
