Answer:
I work effectively alone. Based on my experiences, a lot of times, whenever I’m in a group,
they always rely on me, and they won’t help. So, I ended up doing all the task which is quite a
burden in my part. Working alone for me means my only problem is myself and the task and not
thinking about the risk of other’s grades whenever I pass an unsatisfactory output. And it’s quite
productive for me than being in a group since your members would always bombard you with text
messages on what to do, how to do this, and e.t.c.

Answer:
Yes, I have experienced being a leader whenever me and my classmates are being
grouped by the teachers to accomplish a certain task that requires brainstorming. I hated that I was
a leader in every SIP (science investigatory project) ever since freshman year. I may dislike being
a leader since I don’t have a choice, I feel quite proud of myself since people trust me on taking the
role which have a heavy responsibility to lead and guide my members in my group. Being a leader
may be a tough job for the most of us but gaining experience along the way can be helpful in the
future especially in every career field.
