Fad diets are becoming more and more popular these days. When it comes to quick weight loss
perfect figure. But what comes along with these diets are very dangerous since it involves our health.
Numerous experts are now warning us about the risks of trying out trendy diets but there are still
people claiming that it is safe and effective. Sure, it may work for some, but not all bodies work the
same.
Keto diet, in particular, has gained popularity for the past few years despite the fact that it is not
