Add new - Modify - Delete Muhurt

Add New Muhurt

1) Click on Add new/Modify/Delete

2) A new screen will open out where you can define the DAY and TIME for a muhurt.

DAY SELECTION :- The day selection involves selecting the following

- TITHI
- NAKSHATRA
- YOGA
- KARAN
- WEEKDAY
- HINDU MONTH
When you open the screen all the above will be selected on with a right mark.
If you want to deselect it by just one click on the , it will become blank ie it is deselected.
Selected means that item is allowed in the muhurt and deselected (or blank) means not allowed.

On the right hand side are a number of INAUSPICIOUS DAYS . Some or all of these days are not
allowed in some muhurts . One click on any element will show a red coloured cross.
The Red coloured cross indicates that the days represented by that element should NOT be selected
in the muhurt.

TIME SELECTION :- AFTER A DAY HAS BEEN SELECTED THE TIME HAS TO BE SELECTED.

The TIME selection involves selecting the correct LAGNA and NAVAMSA.
As the lagna and navamsa will determine the Auspicious placements of the planets.

When you click on the TIME SELECTION you will be given two tables the first table is of Lagna
And the second table is of Navamsa.

LAGNA TABLE :- from left to right 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 are the twelve houses
followed by the letters N , E , C, R These letters stand for the following
definitions N = Neech or debilited planet
E = planet in Enemy house
C = Planet is combust
R =Planet is Retrograde .

From Top to Bottom are - Lagna

-Lagna Lord
-Planets Ravi to Ketu.
 Again selecting a right mark allows the planet in that house to be selected for the muhurt
And if it is BLANK then The planet in that house is not allowed in the muhurt.

NAVAMSA TABLE :- The table on the right side is the NAVAMSA table.
Again you can select /Deselect the planets in houses as per the required Muhurt.

NOTE :- FOR MARRIAGE /ENGAGEMENT/PARTNERSHIP etc Selection of 2 people has to be done , For adding such
muhurt , Please Tick the Box on top -- SAVE AS MARRIAGE/PARTNESHIP MUHURT.

SAVING YOUR NEWLY DEFINED MUHURT :-

At the bottom of the screen is a box where you have to type a name for the Muhurt defined.
Type a name AND SAVE the muhurt. To see the results CLOSE and goto VIEW CUSTOM MUHURT.

VIEW CUSTOM MUHURT

Click on View custom muhurt

1) Select the Muhurt you have created and saved.

On the right hand side it will show you the selections you have made , if you
Want to change them you should press MUHURT DEFINATION.

2) SELECT JATAK :- Jatak means the person for whom the muhurt is being found.
If jatak has been saved previously just click once on the name and the selection
will appear on the top. If new you can type in the details by pressing add new.

On the right side will appear items which are Jatak Specific, eg moon in the eight
house from janma rasi (Astam Chandra). If you press on it a red cross will
Appear , which means do not take such dates for muhurt for this jatak.

3) SELECT YEAR :- The Muhurt s will be calculated for an entire year , select the year and place
Of activity.

4) SELECT DIN SHUDDHI :- Here the program will find all days where a part of the day time is suitable
According to the definition of that Muhurt.
So you will get the suitable dates for the entire year.

5) SELECT PANCHANG SHUDDHI :- Here from the days selected , the program will list out the timing in that
day which are suitable for the given activity. The timing are selected by
Purification of the Tithi,Nakshatra,Yoga,Karan, week day etc

6) SELECT LAGNA SHUDDHI :- After the Panchang Shuddhi has short listed the time, the lagna shuddhi
Selects the right ascendant and planetary positions for the activity.

7) SELECT NAVAMSA SHUDDHI :- This is the final step and will give the accurate muhurt upto the navamsa
level.

8) SELECT PRINT/VIEW/EMAIL :- Here you have to select a model to print/view etc .
