Cost is an expenditure required to produce or sell a product or

get an asset ready for normal use. Cost is the value of money that
has been used up to produce something or deliver a service.

What are included in cost of service?

Cost of service includes all cost directly involved in producing a product

or delivering a service. These cost generally include labour, shipping,
materials etc.

COST INCURRED IN PPA COMPUTER CONSULTANT

PPA Computer consultant follows ABC methods, that is Activity based

costing method. ABC Costing provides a more accurate method of
service costing, leading to more accurate pricing decisions. It further
increases the understanding of overheads, etc.

requires developed technology in terms of customers out of India
Whereas Customers within India are adhered via phone calls, &
the customers nearby are met personally generally such personal

 The cost which is incurred to maintain the machines, that is

When one installs then the cost is incurred based upon the
installation.

Apart from the Activity based costing, PPA Also go for Traditional
costing approach.

 The employees who are working at PPA consulting are not paid on
basis of how many queries they solve per day rather they are paid
at a fixed way, every month.
 Broadband which is used for internet services are not paid based
upon the Consumption of Internet or data, rather they are paid
regularly the full amount.
