Q1. I cannot scroll down in the data tab. What should I do?

A. There are 4 ways in which you can scroll down in the data tab.

1 - Use 2 Finger Scrolling. Refer to this video if you don’t know how to do it -

2 - Zoom out of your screen and make it smaller (ex: 80% zoom) and this will allow
you to see more options in the data tab as it will now be much taller.

3 - Use a mouse with a scroll wheel

4 - Go to the style tab (which has the scrollbar) and use the scrollbar to scroll to
the bottom. Now switch to the data tab. This will also show you the bottom of the
data tab. Indirectly we are using scrollbar of the style tab to trick Data Studio into
showing the bottom part of Data Tab.

Q2. Where do I find the files you are using in the modules for practice?

Under the materials tab within your course. First click on the course name from
your account screen, then click on materials tab at the top. Refer to the following
image for easy reference:

Q3. Till when will all the video modules be available in our account?
A. The video will be available in your account till 14 days after the completion of
the workshop.

Q4. I got registered for the current batch, but due to some reason I’m not able
to attend any sessions. Do you have another upcoming batch where you can
accommodate?

A. Batch transfers are not possible. However you'll have access to the videos till 14
days after the workshop. You can go through them any time. The recordings of
the live Q&A sessions will also be shared on the group. Note that the Mega
Webinar on Sunday will be completely LIVE. No recording for it will be shared.

Q5. What will be the timing for today's live session?

A. The live Q&A will happen on Wednesday and Friday at 9 PM and will go on till
10:15 PM

Q6. Will we get a certificate for the Dashboard workshop?

A. Yes, you’ll be getting a certificate after the completion of the workshop i.e. post
Sunday’s Mega Webinar. It will be certified by Mr Jatan Shah (Microsoft Certified
Trainer).

Q7. When we get a certificate for the Dashboard workshop?

A. Steps to get the certificate will be told to you in the Mega Webinar on Sunday!

Q8. I missed the live Q&A session. Will I get a recording of it?

A. The recording will be shared on the WhatsApp group a few hours after the Q&A
Session is complete.

Q9. I cannot see Creating Dashboards in Google Data Studio video modules in
my account. What should I do?

A. Please WhatsApp us your email ID along with a screenshot of the email that
you got from RazorPay/Instamojo at 9167820853. Our Support Team will add it to
your account as soon as possible.

Q10. Till when can we access the Modern Excel course?

A. It will be available till 14 days after the workshop. The course details will be
shared with you in the first Q&A Session.

Q11. I enrolled for your workshop, however Google Data Studio is blocked on
my company laptop. What should I do?
A. Please contact your company IT Team to enable it on your laptop. The
workshop is on Google Data Studio and the same has been conveyed to you on
the website before registration.

Q12. When will you share the bonuses?

A. The bonuses will be shared in the Mega Webinar on Sunday. The timing of it is 1
PM to 3:30 PM.

Q13. When will you share the PPT templates?

A. The bonuses will be shared in the Mega Webinar on Sunday. The timing of it is 1
PM to 3:30 PM.

Q14. Will you be covering Excel Dashboards?

A. No, the workshop will be covering Dashboards in Google Data Studio only. The
same has been mentioned on the registration page.

Q15. Will I get a recording of the Sunday Mega Webinar?

A. No, the Mega Webinar will not be recorded. It is the only live session for which
you won’t get the recording of.

Q16. Will the bonuses be available for lifetime?

Except the Modern Excel course which will be available till 14 days after the
workshop, all the other bonuses including the PPT Templates, Excel Add-In, etc.
will be available for lifetime and can be downloaded as well.

Q17. Can we export the Dashboard to Excel and PowerPoint?

A. No, Dashboards created in Google Data Studio cannot be exported to Excel and
PowerPoint. However you can access them on the Google Data Studio platform
itself.

Q18. If I have more questions, where can I ask them?

Please refer to all answers in this PDF. It will solve 90% of your questions. If you still
