Description: if no complaints are filed by the lienholders by the stipulated date the liens become invalid. The sponsor wants to know if
the attorney could give us a letter to that effect in lieu of the title opinion letter.
Priority: Normal
Ongoing Tom has received the title opinion letter from NURFC's attorney and after some additional documentation, Tom has
Notes: signed off on it.
Outcome: once the liens are invalid we would, at a minimum require the sponsor to file a lien clearing form and at that point once
the liens are cleared i would require the title opinion letter
