Subject: RE: revised pro forma

Tony,
I left a voicemail message for Don Murphy clarifying that the Freedom Center is not on the Commission agenda for
November 9.  I am not sure how confusion arose on this, as I have not been in any conversations where that date was
discussed.

You have alerted me that we still have not received all of the promised financial information from the Freedom Center.
The very earliest the Commission can consider the Freedom Center’s request to modify the existing MOU is the February
2011 meeting. The specific timing of Commission consideration of the Freedom Center’s request is subject to the
Freedom Center’s responsiveness in providing the information they previously promised.  Obviously, we need the pro
forma ASAP in order to stay on track for the first quarter meeting in February 2011.

I am sure that representatives of the Freedom Center will understand that we have dozens of other projects vying for
your financial review, and that repeatedly rescheduling your work is not efficient, nor is it fair to other project sponsor
organizations seeking approval of state funds.  I know you’ll do everything you can to be responsive when the Freedom
Center provides the pro forma, and once you’ve had the opportunity to prepare the financial analysis and
recommendations we will be able to get back with them.

Thanks,
Kathy

Ben,
I believe Kathy and Don have been corresponding regarding, among other items, a revised proforma.  Could you kindly
expedite the proforma as hope to start the financial analysis on Monday.
