AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

We, FRANCISCO ATON DAÑO and VICTORINA ATON ESPINOSA, of legal age,
residents of Atabay Agus Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, Philippines, after having duly sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. We, FRANCISCO ATON DAÑO, heir and son of SEVERINA ATON DAÑO, and
VICTORINA ATON ESPINOSA, heir and daughter of GAUDENCIA ATON, are
one of the co-owners of Lot 5428-P of Tax Declaration No. 018-07928 located in
Agus, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu.

2. That with our full consent and acknowledgement, we hereby authorize JORGE
PAWEE ATON DURAN to construct a residential house over our above-mentioned
property and apply for electrical connection, building permit and corresponding
permits for the same.

3. That we will assume full liability and responsibility in case of land ownership
controversy over the said parcel of land that may arise because of this consent and/or
authority.

4. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing facts and
circumstances, and for whatever legal purpose this document may serve.
