The immediate personal attention of att the Mandal Panchayat Officers

in Warangal Urban District is drawn to the reference cited, wherein it was
instructed to furnish the detaits of expenditure incurred under SCSP
Component for the financia[ year 2019'20.

!n this matter it is to inform that, SC Component was reteased under

State Finance Commission, 14th Finance Commission grants to the Gram
Panchayats during the year 2019-20.

Therefore, atl the Mandal Panchayat Officers are instructed to look into
the matter personatty and obtain the information from the Gram Panchayats
and furnish the details of expenditure incurred under SCSP component
immediatety in the given prescribed format within (3) days.

wherein vide reference 1st cited, the Commissioner, SCDD has requested to
obtain the details of beneficiaries/ work wise details for the FY 2019-ZA.

In this regard, vide reference Znd cited, it was requested to furnish the
details of expenditure incurred under SCSP component. But, till date, the details
are yet to be received.

in scsrFMS portal so far.
As per Hon'ble C.M instructions, the beneficiaries
be submitted to the state Legislature in pen drives
/ works details have to
in ensuing Budget sessions.
Accordingly, the beneficiaries / Work wise data F.Y.
20tg-20 has to be
kept ready in pen drives for submitting State Legislature.
Therefore all HoDs of
the SCSDF implementing departments are requested
to complete upload, &

And it is to bring in kind notice that, it is not possible to

include the data in
pen drives, for the data uploaded after 13.03.202L.
The accountability of
" Non-uploaded data will be with the
concerned departments.
Hence, it is once again requested to upload beneficiaries,
details in the
SCSTTMS Portal immediately and for any issues of data
uptoad of 5GSTFMS
