The following Terms and Conditions shall be included in the Contract.
1. Period of Employment :  Two (2) years (renewable).
2. Place of Employment :  Brunei ports.
3. Air Ticket:  After Completion of 12 months Service.
4. Working Hours :  8 hrs. Per day.
5. Working Days  :  6 days per week.
5. Over time           :  As per Royal Brunei Labor Law.
6. Probation period :  90 days from date of entry in Brunei.
7. Visa/Resident permits:  Provided by the company free of cost.
8. Accommodation         :  Accommodation provided by the company.
9. Water, electricity    :  Provided by the company.
10. Food                 :  Provided by the company.
11. Medical / Insurance:  Provided by the company.
12. Transportation       :  Provided by the company.
13. Uniform and Safety Materials: provided by the company.
14. Service Gratuity and Leave pay: provided by the company.
15. Other Terms & Conditions: As per Royal Brunei Labor Law.
16. Tax : Salary After the detection of tax.
Terms:
Age limit :  20 to 55 years old good health Conditions.
Salary calculated per month in Royal Brunei dollar (B$) Increment based
on performances period of contract is 2 years and extents on mutual
agreement.
