Mimic the same real situation in the experiment considering the abuse
Do the experiment in the the plant providing the same external
temperature
Consider the maximum time as per the reality as the target time

1. Red box with ice

 Red box + 80 kg batter & remaining ice
 Find out the maximum time where the product temp is maintained 5
degrees
 Give 1.5 hrs abuse time where the red box is kept opened with
product and ice
 Find out the critical limit time
2. Thermocol with ice
Follow the same step
3. Do it for with gel pack and reefer temperature

4. Conclude the best method

5. Try with less product and more ice also
6. Make the validation report with picture
7. Make a proper SOP
8. Simultaneously understand the reality in DC and retail
