Reading comprehension is the ability to get meaning and information from any kind of
written materials, wherein readers decode these meaningful data in order to understand
the text and achieve the purpose of reading (Miller, 2008, cited in Bangngu, 2017)
Ang pag- unawa sa binasa ay tumutukoy sa kakayahang makakuha ng impormasyon at
kahulugan sa ano mang uri ng babasahin, kung saan ang mga mambabasa ang siyang
nagsasa-ayos ng mga datos upang lubusang maunawaan ang binasang teksto at
makamtan ang layunin ng pagbabasa. (Miller, 2008, hinango mula sa Bangngu, 2017)
