Background
•We all know that we are currently facing a pandemic which affects the system of Education.
The face to face class back then became modular and online classes, so that the learnings of
the students will continue despites of pandemic. There're a lot of sources of stress in our life, but
in this topic, we will tackle the effectiveness of stress management in G12 Humss A about their
school works or activities. Based on wikipedia, Stress management is a wide spectrum of
techniques and psychotherapies aimed at controlling a person's level of stress, especially
chronic stress, usually for the purpose of and for the motive of improving everyday functioning.
The topic focuses on how the G12 Humss A students handle their stress in terms of their
academics, especially as they are graduating in this school year 2020-2021. It is important to
know the current situations of the graduating Humss students especially in Grade 12 Humss A ,
so that the teachers or the student themselves will address the problem.

Objectives and methods


•The research topic will come in a qualitative approach using the tool of survey or interview so
that the researchers will identify if the Grade 12 Humss A properly manages their stress in terms
of their academics which is the short term goal of this topic. On the other hand, the long term
goal of the research topic is to have sessions or activities that help the student in handling
stress properly.
