Children age 3 years and above are required to buy tickets.
Maximum baggage is 20kg. Otherwise, passenger will have to pay an extra charge of Rp25.000.
Passengers are not allowed to carry animals, items with strong odor (e.g. durian), or flammable materials (e.g. gas cylinders).
Lateness tolerance is 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Please call the F-Trans Call Center to inform them of your
lateness.
Departure time, route, and vehicle type can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.

Reschedule Info
To reschedule, call F-Trans at 0812 1688 9889.
Reschedule can only be done at the latest 1 hour before departure time.
Your new departure schedule cannot be later than one day after your original departure date.
Bring your official identification document (KTP/SIM) and Traveloka e-ticket when rescheduling.
Get your new ticket at the F-Trans counter at your departure point.
