                  Was responsible for over 3,000 AVL units. Checked on faulty units on a
daily basis. I was the main contact for many or most of the customers for anything
customer service
                  User rights and permission, disabling and enabling accounts, file and folder
permissions and configuring security templates as per need.     
                  Over the air or in person, I installed or troubleshooted GPS tracking devices
which needed a knowledge in 12 volt systems. 
 Other responsibilities included order fulfillment, customer service, shipping
and odd jobs around the office, including light cleaning, building of office furniture,
installing sound system and televisions, oversaw storage, and other duties that
