RACHEL ANNE ROSE A. BASA, EVESON SALAZAR, ANGEL
P. AGNIR, JR., AND ERIC E. FERNANDEZ, (“Petitioners”), by counsel
respectfully state that:

1. On 20 February 2019, this Honorable Court issued a Notice

which thus states:

“x x x Pursuant to the Decision of the Supreme Court in

A.M. No. CA-13-51-J dated July 2, 2013, the parties’ counsel
are REQUIRED to inform the Court, within ten (10) days from
notice, of the pendency of any other cases and proceedings
involving the parties and issues pending in the same or other
court.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, petitioners are

REQUIRED to SUBMIT, within ten (10) days from notice, an
Affidavit of Service of copy of the petition to the private
respondents.”
 2. In compliance with the above order, the petitioners respectfully
notify this Honorable Court that there is no pendency of any other cases and
proceedings involving the parties and issues pending in the same or other
court. A copy of the Joint Verification and Certification Against Forum
Shopping executed by Rachel Anne Rose A Basa, Eveson Salazar, Angel P.
Agnir, Jr., and Eric E. Fernandez dated 07 January 2019 is attached herein as
Annex “A”.

3. Likewise, a copy of the Affidavit of Service of the copy of the

petition to the private respondents executed by Mr. Dhennis S. Tamondong
dated 07 January 2019 is attached herein as Annex “B”.

4. The counsel for the Petitioners would like to ask the

dispensation of this Honorable Court for having attached the wrong
Affidavit of Service in the Compliance filed on 04 March 2019. The mistake
on our part was due to the said Affidavit of Service having been
inadvertently misplaced.
