already know “

LDM2 Course is one of the greatest experience and knowledge that I ever had. Yes, even if it’s very
challenging to make this a success, yet this honed a lot of skills are insights that I have now. Also, both of my
intrapersonal and Interpersonal skills towards my colleague and stakeholders were improved. This made me a
better leader who can deal with the challenges that arises every day. This course also widened the horizon of
opportunities to teachers/leaders like me. This experience and learnings in the new normal gave me wisdom,
strength and confidence to develop my LDM2 Practicum Portfolio efficiently and effectively. In this way, can
strongly prove that I did my best in teaching not only to our learners but our co-teachers and LAC Leader.
