The next step is to gather all of the materials needed, cut and prepare the parts accurately, then proceed with assembly, Have fun and be safe! Materials List ‘Asmall amount of 1/2" (13mm) and 3/4" (19mm) plywood, less than 1/4 sheet of each and the typical hobby workshop should have enough scrap on hand to build this complete. Baltic birch is recommended but any good quality veneer core plywood willbe suitable. Solid solid wood is needed for the bristles. See the build article and plan drawings Hardware: = Asmall piece of aluminum or steel for the rub plate =A2" (Simm) piece of 3/8" (10mm) round bar - steel or aluminum. = Wood screws as detailed in the plans and build article = Wood glue = Clear polyurethane or paint to finish the project to block moisture and keep it looking clean, FAST POSITION FEATHER BOARD ‘THIS FEATHER BOARD WAS DESIGNED TO WORK WITH THE UGTIMATE TABLE SAW FENCE AND. LOCKS SECURELY ON ITS RAIL, ‘YOU CAN QUICKLY REMOVE IT WHEN NOT IN USE AND JUST AS QUICKLY GET TT SETUP AND READY FOR YOUR NEXT SERIES OF CUTS.
