Opinion is phrase or sentence that consists of argument, reason or opinion from someone.
(opini adalah suatu frasa atau kalimat yang mana berisikan tentang suatu argumen, alasan,
atau pendapat dari seseorang).

What is asking and giving an opinion?

Asking Opinion is a sentence which asking opinion or argument to other people to
satisfaction. Giving Opinion is a sentence that gives a reason to someone or other people.
(Meminta pendapat adalah suatu  kalimat yang mana meminta pendapat atau argumen kepada
oranglain secara spesifik. Memberikan pendapat adalah  suatu kalimat yang mana memberikan
suatu alasan kepada seseorang atau oranglain).                  
 So, Asking and Giving Opinion is expressions that is used for talking about argument or opinion
of two or more people. (Jadi, meminta dan memberi pendapat adalah suatu ungkapan yang
mana digunakan untuk membicarakan tentang argumentasi atau opini dari dua orang atau
lebih).
