ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

 Making & Checking of PRW, Sub-Contractor and Client bills with complete calculations

 Keep recorded drawings & protocols & calculation sheets in proper manner.
 Monitoring the execution work as per planned schedule, drawings and
technical specification,observing shortfall reasons and taking measures in consultation
with site engineer to expedite the work.
 BBS, Detailed design drawings with alignment layout, Brick work, Plaster work,
Formwork.
On site experience as a Site-Engineer for construction of high-rise building, Supervision
of raft
 Organize, control, manage and develop the staff and all other services as required
on Project To meet the Targets and milestone of the project with high quality work.
 As per Drawings calculation of quantities.
 Procurement & negotiation of materials as per CTC.
 Reading Controlling of drawings and other project documents, Preparing
Management.Information Reports such as Daily Progress Reports, Monthly reports.
 Reconciliation of Material (Internal, Initial & Final)
 Foundation, casting of columns, beams and slab, formwork and scaffolding.
Experience in handling teams at site of construction, Concrete strength tests and
reinforcement calculations.
 Checking of the safety of workers and others at the site
