The PAGASA Annual Report is a consolidation of all significant accomplishments and

activities of each division in a given year including recognition received by the Agency. lt
is usually presented in a narrative statemenUsummary that informs its readers and
beneficiaries of the PAGASAS initiatives, strategies and accomplishments.

The Plans and Programs Development Unit (PPDU) hereby requests for the submission
of your respective Division's accomplishments and activities including lnformation
Education and Gommunication (lEG) Campaigns conducted for the whole year in the
