EGG SANDWICH RECIPE

Hello, good morning children. I'm Chef Tracy. Today, we will prepared one of my
favourite breakfast. Egg sandwich. It is very simple and delicious recipe. Before we
start cooking, we must prepared the ingredients first.

This recipe is prepared for five people. So, you need ten slices of bread, five
hard-boiled eggs, a cucumber, some butter, some salt and some pepper to taste. You
also, can prepared a few slices of cheese too.

Now, let's get started prepare the egg sandwich. Don't forget to wash your
hand, before you cook. The first step is, mash the boiled eggs in a mixing
bowl. After that, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir the egg mixture well. Secondly,
slice the cucumber thinly, then put it aside.

The third step is, preparing the bread. Take two slices of bread, and spread
some butter evenly on the bread.

Then, spread the egg mixture evenly on the bread. You can add the slice of
cheese if you like. After that, arrange the sliced cucumber on the bread.Finally cut
the sandwich into triangle. Repeat the third and fourth step for the rest of your
bread. Now your sandwich is done. Thank you.
