1. As a Business System Analyst played a prominent role in the design and implementation of Target Operating
Model a large-scale project that integrates Aladdin (trading system), Golden Source (EDM), BNP (trade
settlement/accounting)

1. In my new role of Business System Analyst, played a prominent role in the design of Target Operation Model
project which brought down the no. of applications across LBU’s from 34 to 3 key applications which is a
centralized solution. All the satellite applications build in across various LBU’s decommissioned through this
project and a centralized solution been implemented. This brought down operation team members, application
support members, server maintenance and saved a huge operating cost for the company.

1. Substantial Shareholding project was a regulatory requirement and there a tight deadline. We delivered this
project on time with no major issues.
2. Automated matching and settlement process for Equity and Fixed Income using OMGEO which Middle Office
Operations team was previously doing it manually through excel, email and fax. This brought down Middle Office
Operations Equity/Fixed Income team size from 7 members to 4 members.
3. Automated trade matching and settlement system got extended to other LBU’s as well who were also doing this
manually earlier.
4. Got promoted as Senior Manager

1. I took this lead role when the key SME left the company who was leading all the front-office, middle-office
applications in BAU. In a short span without any prior KT, understood all the applications functionality by getting
into the regular BAU issues, doing some hands on it and solving out the issues.
2. Initially BAU team members was segregated by applications. Mentored the team members, provided knowledge
sharing session on all the applications across all the team members. So that any team member can solve any
application issue. This lifted the team value and there was no major issues and no escalations.
3. Got promoted as Manager
1. Design and Development of Trade Matching and Settlement system using SWIFT
2. Involved in requirement gathering, designing the data model (DB Design), project architecture for the product and
leading the development team in successful delivery of the system

1. Automated matching and settlement process for FX using SWIFT which Middle Office Operations team was
previously doing it manually through excel, email and fax. This brought down Middle Office Operations FX team
size from 3 members to 2 members.
