Struggle was started in 1215 but concluded in 1948 several centuries travel and western
people sacrifices millions of life to attend the human right. Human right is only from states
on the basis of constitution, if state have constitution then you have right.
Islamic Point of View
Islam is complete code of life and also directed for Human right. In Islam no one sacrifices
His/her life, property etc. Allah gave these rights in Quran no one have authority to take back
these right except Allah , if wrong Government do that then Prophet said You have to say

Human right in Islam
1 Equality of Al Mankind.
O mankind! Be wary of your Lord who created you from a single soul, and created its mate
from it, and from the two of them, scattered numerous men and women. Be wary of Allah, in
who’s name you adjure one another, and the wombs.1 Indeed Allah is watchful over you. (4;
1)
O humanity! Be mindful of your Lord Who created you from a single soul, and from it He
created its mate, 1 and through both He spread countless men and women. And be mindful of
Allah—in Whose Name you appeal to one another—and ˹honour˺ family ties. Surely Allah is
ever Watchful over you. 49:13

2. Right of life
That is why We ordained for the Children of Israel that whoever takes a life—unless as a
punishment for murder or mischief in the land—it will be as if they killed all of humanity;
and whoever saves a life, it will be as if they saved all of humanity.1 ˹Although˺ Our
messengers already came to them with clear proofs, many of them still transgressed
afterwards through the land. (5:32)

There is no compulsion in religion. The right direction is henceforth distinct from error. And
he who rejected false deities and believeth in Allah hath grasped a firm handhold which will
never break. Allah is Hearer, Knower. (109:6)
4 Dignity of Mankind
And we have certainly honoured the children of Adam and carried them on the land and sea
and provided for them of the good things and preferred them over much of what we have
created, with [definite] preference. (17:70)
Allah Said, Only Human are superiority after Allah
5. Protection of Honour Allah said you protect honour of People who are in land and Allah
will protect your honour
6. Right of Education. No age discrimination in education
7. Right of Justice
Indeed, Allah commands you to return trusts to their rightful owners; 1 and when you judge
between people, judge with fairness. What a noble commandment from Allah to you! Surely
Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. (4:58)
8. Right of Property.
And do not crave what Allah has given some of you over others. Men will be rewarded
according to their deeds and women ˹equally˺ according to theirs. Rather, ask Allah for His
bounties. Surely Allah has ˹perfect˺ knowledge of all things. (4:32)
