Daily Ittehad Group – Supply Chain and Business Forecasting Intern 2020
• Worked as a Supply Chain Internee, to find indicators of 'BullWhip Effect' in the company,
increased coherence in information flow about 25%, hence enhancing customer experience.
• Devised a model to integrate the press printing with distributors to enhance ease of forward and backward flow
• Worked with sister company of Daily Ittehad, ‘Capital Media House’, to predict sales for 1 year using two-
point moving average and exponential smoothing. Regression models indicated factors increasing sales
revenue by 25%.

• Mitigated the operational inefficiencies, and orchestrated a new operations model using MCDM (Multi-Criteria
Decision Making) approach. Which resulted in an increase of sales up to 29%.
• With the help of 'BIC' (Business Incubation Centre), organized the sales structures. Used financial ratios like
financial leverage, current ratio to keep track of company's liquidity and solvency.
• Standardized customer dealings which varied from location to location. Peshawar's market analysis was done to
quantify the demand, this caused a decrease in holding cost of inventory to about 37%.
• Personalization of products brought about an increase in overall demand, hence leading to expansion of the startup
under the guidance of 'Raheel Bodla', who currently works in the silicon valley.
