1/ Tại sao phân loại hạt thô sau khi hấp/nhập kho/loại bỏ tạp chất? Lý do là gì? 
- Phân loại nhằm mục đích xử lý ở các công đoạn sau mang tính chuyên môn
- Ví dụ: hàng A hấp là 30 phút, hàng B hấp là 25 phút...
- Máy chẻ hàng A khác với máy chẻ hàng B

2/ Hạt thô được phân ra mấy loại?

- hàng thô phân ra 4-5 loại; A, B, C D, E

3/Trong sơ đồ sx tôi có thấy chẻ lại bằng tay nhưng lúc đi thăm nhà máy không thấy khu
vực này. 
- hiện tại hệ thống máy chẻ đã chẻ hết toàn bộ, nên hiện tại nàh máy khong sử dụng chẻ
bằng tay, phần sót lại được xử lý bằng máy máy cấp thấp hơn và xử lý tại chỗ

Vậy tỷ lệ chẻ tay là bao nhiêu phần trăm?

Vietnamese buyers continue to stay their demand for rcn despite domestic and international prices
having gone down since the beginning of this season. The main reason is that their processors seem to
have trouble sustaining a profitable margin in between processing costs and exporting prices. These
processors intend to hang tight until the main arrival of crops.

Market has been otherwise inactive with very limited trades. The price of LP grade is going up due to
high demand from US buyers whereas other grades are slightly decreasing.

RCNs prices continued going down during the last several weeks. Packers have started signing several
contracts of RCNs at reason price for April shipment.

Cashew kernel Market has been otherwise inactive with very limited trades. The price of pieces
continued to be firm due to weak supply whereas other grades are slightly going down. Euporean and
USA buyers are not in hurry to buy kernels as they are waiting for sharp decline of kernels prices in the
coming time.

RCN prices have been continuing their decline during the last few weeks. Packers are
starting to sign contracts for RCN at reasonable prices for April.
Cashew kernel market has been otherwise inactive with very limited trades. Low supplies of
Pieces have kept their own prices firm while other grades give way slowly. USA and
European buyers are still patient on their wait for even sharper decline of kernel prices in
the near future.
