number and email id prior to exam date. It is expected that candidate strictly adhere to this time slot – as entry into the test center will be
provided based upon the individual's time slot ONLY.
Ÿ Electronic gadgets are STRICTLY prohibited in the examination centre premises. Candidate found in possession is liable for action.
Ÿ No entry in the exam centre after 8:30 AM under any circumstances.
Ÿ Candidates are advised to acquaint themselves with the locations of the centre one day prior to the examination.

This admit card should be considered as an E-PASS, by Police/Administrative


Authorities, to facilitate movement of the bearer for the purpose of appearing in
National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – PG (NEET-PG) which is an essential
COVID -19 examination for Medical Graduates to get admissions in Post Graduate Courses.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. This admit card is subject to the condition that if ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature shall be cancelled.
2. Check the particulars in the admit card carefully. Error, if any, is to be reported to NBEMS.
3. Entry to the examination hall without the admit card is not permitted.
4. Candidates must bring to the test centre the following documents:
Ÿ Printed copy of admit card with photo pasted on it
Ÿ Any one of the authorized photo IDs (must be original and valid/non-expired): PAN card / voter ID / passport / driving license / aadhar card (with Photograph)
And
Ÿ Photocopy of Permanent / Provisional SMC/MCI/NMC registration
5. Please maintain silence and discipline during the examination. Use of any unfair means or improper conduct will lead to debarment of the candidate from the
examination. This may also force appropriate legal action against him/her.
6. Use of all electronic devices, including cell phones, pagers, calculators, pen drives, tablets, is strictly prohibited at the examination venue. Since examination
centres do not have a provision for safekeeping of such devices, candidates are advised not to carry them to the examination venue. You must not also carry pens
and pencils.
7. To check against possible impersonation, authorities will be verifying the identity and genuineness of a candidate by taking their photograph or by any other
means at the examination centre.
8. Should a candidate have any queries / doubts, s/he may please call for the invigilator by raising their hand.
9. The candidate is not permitted to make a late entry or exit early from the examination centre.
10. Each candidate must follow instructions displayed on the computer screen while taking the examination.
11. List of prohibited items at the test centre :
Ÿ Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), notes, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, etc.
Ÿ Any electronic device like mobile phone, bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, wrist watch/health band, calculator, electronic pen/scanner
etc.
Ÿ All ornaments like bracelets, ring, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, necklace with pendants, badge, brooch etc.
Ÿ Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap, gloves etc.
Ÿ Any eatable item opened or packed, soft drinks, water bottles etc.
Ÿ Any other item which could be used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices like wireless/bluetooth device, spy camera etc.
12. No arrangement will be made at the centres for keeping any articles/items belonging to the candidates.
All candidates are required to go through the admit card and report discrepancies, if any, to NBEMS at helpdesknbeexam@natboard.edu.in

SOCIAL DISTANCING AND SAFETY GUIDELINES


1. Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.
2. All candidates will be provided with a protective gear safety kit comprising of a face shield, a face mask and 5 hand sanitizer sachets. It will be mandatory for all
candidates to wear the face shield at all times and during entry & exit where crowding is anticipated. Face shield will be required to be taken o ffduring the
registration process and whenever face ID is verified during the exam.
3. Candidates will not be permitted entry at test centres without appropriate protective face mask. Candidates will not be allowed to carry any articles with them
(such as water bottles, gloves etc) other than the admit card and entry related documents required for verification purposes. Bottled drinking water will be
provided at the test centre.
4. Candidates must declare under signatures that they do not have the COVID symptoms. Declaration is provided along with this Admit Card. Show the same to the
Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue.
5. Temperature of a candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun.
6. Candidates showing COVID symptoms WILL be allowed to take the test in separate isolation lab.
7. Mapping of 'Candidate Roll Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be provided to the candidates
individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue and post their Admit Card and ID verification.
8. Candidates needs to follow directions given by representatives & need to stand in the circles drawn at the entry points.
9. At the registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using provided sanitizer. Photograph, Finger Biometrics will be captured during
the registration and examination process.
10. Candidates will be under CCTV Surveillance throughout the exam procedure.
