Sports Authority of India: Come & Play' Scheme AT R.K. Khanna Tennis Stadium, New Delhi
1.0 As per agreement between Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (MYA&S) and All India
Tennis Association AITA), the Sports Authority of India (SAI) in collaboration with All
India Tennis Association has introduced the ‘Come & Play’ Scheme in 2012 at R.K.
Khanna Tennis Stadium, DLTA Complex, Africa Avenue, New Delhi. The objective of
the scheme is to impart professional and systematic training to 75
beginners/established tennis players with the objective to ensure access to the
International standard tennis facilities at the stadium.

5. Applications forms can be obtained from all SAI Stadia in Delhi and also from
R.K. Khanna Stadium.

The 10 elite players will be provided boarding / lodging facilities, free of cost, by
DLTA, as per their existing norms
A Committee comprising representative of SAI & AITA /DLTA will analyze the
progress of the player’s performance. If the progress of the players particularly
of younger age groups is not found satisfactory after three months of coaching,
the players will be cautioned and if no improvement is noticed after two quarters,
the player would be removed from the coaching scheme.
