Site inspection was carried out on Hollywood villa on 5 August by EES. The electrical panels and wiring were in a
good condition and very few issue to report.
Only a few points to mention:

1. Lighting system in the public areas and uostairs bed roims was turned off due to fault on the control panel. A
company was notified already and the isdye was being dealt with.
2. A few airckns were found faulty abd out of service.
3. Many areas rust was evident and should be addressed to prevent further rust damaged.
4. Earthing was nit found on the pool lighting control panel.
5. The pool lights cintrol contactor was noisey when testing. This should be replaced

Main distribution board, 125 A mains breaker 50mm supply cable. TNS, 3 phase configuration.400 volts mains
supply voltage. Voltage between earth and neutral slightly above 1 volt. This is not a concern given the property
is built on a rock getting a clean earth can be a challenge.

be satisfactory. All outlets tested

150lt hotwater storage tank that feeds the premises, pulling 9 amp during operation is correct, the system is a
2.1kw storage vessal and is correctly earthed. There is not dedicated isolation device for this storage system.

Pool lighting could not be tested, the contactor is shuddering when turned on to test, so left switched off. The
is also no grounding of this panel, given its location in the pool pump room directly adjacent the surge tank this
shouldbe rectified

Pool pump control panel, the pool lighting contactor is faulty and needs replacing, we could not test pool
lighting. Panel showing signs of rusting and can be painted with anti corrosive paint to prevent further
corrosion
