1. Thoroughly read, understand and learn chapter 9, 10,14 and 15.
2. Learn names, symbols, atomic numbers, electronic configuration and mass numbers of first
twenty elements.
3. Solve and learn all Quick quizzes and exercise questions of above mentioned chapters.
4. Solve and understand writing Kc expression and their units for different chemical reactions in
Chapter # 9.
5. Find out at least 10 uses of chemistry in everyday life medicines and industries.
6. Solve and learn numerical questions of Chapter # 10.
7. Activity: At your home (kitchen) classify substances as acids bases and salts.
Note: students can use chemistry books, internet news papers and magazines.

SUBJECT: Pak Studies Class: 10th

i. Reading of first chapter. Underline the difficult words and write their meaning in summer vacation
note-book.
ii. Underline the important features (dates/years/events/names of personalities etc.) and prepare at
least 20 MCQs, other than given in the exercise.
iii. Solve and write in note-book (Part-I of the exercise MCQs).
iv. Give detailed answers of long questions No.2,5,6,7.
